Skillaura Pricing, Payments, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
At skillaura, we want pricing, payments, and refunds to be simple, transparent, and fair. This policy explains how prices are set, how payments work, and when you are eligible for refunds.
1. Pricing of Courses and Services
The prices of courses and services on skillaura are decided based on instructor agreements and our promotional policies. Prices may sometimes vary depending on how you access skillaura—through our website, —because platform providers have their own pricing systems and rules. From time to time, we run special promotions, discounts, or sales. During these periods, some courses may be available at reduced prices for a limited time. The price that applies to your purchase is the price shown at the moment you complete your checkout.
Prices may also differ between users. Some offers are available only to new users or to users who are logged into their accounts. If you are logged in, the currency you see is based on the location you selected when creating your account. If you are not logged in, prices are shown in the currency of your current location. At this time, users cannot manually change or view prices in other currencies.
If you live in a country where taxes such as GST, VAT, or sales tax apply, skillaura is responsible for collecting and submitting these taxes to the appropriate authorities. Depending on your location, taxes may already be included in the displayed price or added during checkout.
2. Payments
When you purchase a course or service on skillaura, you agree to pay the listed fee. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method, such as a debit card, credit card, direct bank transfer, or supported digital wallets.
We work with trusted payment partners to provide secure and convenient payment options based on your country. In some cases, your payment details may be updated automatically using information provided by our payment service providers to ensure uninterrupted access.
You agree not to use invalid, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods. If a payment fails but you still receive access to a course, you are required to complete the payment within 30 days of receiving notice from us. If payment is not received, skillaura reserves the right to suspend or remove access to the course or service.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
If a course you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. This refund policy applies to most individual courses.
However, certain services are not eligible for refunds, including:

Refund requests made after the 30-day period are generally not accepted. Refunds may be issued either to your original payment method or as refund credits, depending on the payment method used, the platform where the purchase was made (website, mobile app, or TV app), and technical limitations.
4. Fair Use of Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both learners and instructors. If we detect misuse—such as repeatedly refunding courses after consuming a significant portion of the content—we reserve the right to:
